The Blue Sky Project is one of programs by Pertamina to upgrade the quality of its fuel, from lower octane RON 88 to high-octane fuel RON 92. The project is a follow-up of the previous Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) project which has begun operating since October 2015.
